20th January – Submission of abstracts (written in English).

31st January – Notification of acceptance and instructions for revision

7th February – Submission of revised abstracts

14th February – Notification of acceptance of abstracts

UNTIL 19th February – Registration of presenting authors (at least one author)

ABSTRACTS FOR

peer review

(ORAL and E-POSTER presentation)

– Must be submitted in English;

– Must have a maximum of 300 words;

– Must have between 3 and 5 keywords;

Authors are responsible for the content of their presentations.

ABSTRACTS

Template

All abstracts (ORAL and E-POSTER) must follow the template provided by the organisation (click on the link below).

NOTE: All abstracts must be submitted using the form bellow.

E-poster (recommendations):

– These instructions are written for PowerPoint but are applicable to any other software you may wish to use. Use PowerPoint and set the dimensions of your poster to: 140cm (55in) width x 79cm (31in) height, in landscape (horizontal) orientation;

– Number of pages (slides): one (1);

– E-poster file size is a max of 2MB;

– Make sure your text and background have a strong contrast;

– Minimum suggested font size: 24 (20 for references);

– For embedded images prefer .jpeg or .png file formats in a resolution of 72dpi or 96dpi;

Do not use animated effects, animations or videos;

Save as PDF file.

ISSUING

Certificates

A certificate will be issued for all communications and posters presented.
