The 44th edition of the World Congress of Vine and Wine unfolded in the Spanish locales of Jerez de la Frontera and Cadiz, spanning five enriching days from the 5th to the 9th of June. This edition, centred around the theme “Viticulture and Information Technologies”, served as a confluence of expertise and innovation in the wine industry.
Professor Helena Mira presented a poster communication titled “Comparison of Various Products for Tartaric Stabilization and Wine Filterability”, shedding new light on cutting-edge techniques in the wine- making process.
