On the 6th of July, researchers from the Escola Superior Agrária de Santarém (ESAS) participated in the Meeting with Science event, promoted by the new direction of ESAS. Among the accomplished presenters, Gabriela Basto de Lima stood out as she introduced the remarkable short-term project, “Spreadable Healthy Creams Protein+”. This project has successfully brought together researchers from diverse scientific domains, united under the banner of the Life Quality Research Centre. The collaborative effort aims to explore and innovate in the realm of healthy and protein-enriched spreadable creams.
